• A dirty moisture sensor telling the machine the load is dry when it isn’t

Clearing the airflow path and cleaning or replacing the sensor gets a full cycle drying properly again — and it cuts your drying time and energy bill at the same time.

Noise, no-tumble and won’t-start problems

Not every call is about heat. A drum that won’t tumble usually means a broken drive belt, a seized idler pulley, or a worn drive motor. Loud rumbling, thumping or squealing points to worn drum rollers, dry drum glides, or a tired rear drum bearing — all replaceable to get your dryer running quietly again. And a dryer that won’t start at all is often the door switch, a blown thermal fuse, or a faulty start switch. These are common, fixable faults, and we carry the parts to handle most of them in one visit.

Vent cleaning and dryer safety — the honest version

A blocked vent isn’t just an inconvenience. Lint is highly flammable, and when it collects in the venting, heat and lint build up together — a genuine fire hazard, and one of the leading causes of household appliance fires. A choked vent also forces the dryer to run hot and work far harder than it should, which shortens the life of the element, thermostats and fuses. That’s why we check the venting on every no-heat and overheating call, clear it properly, and make sure the machine is breathing the way it’s meant to. It’s a small thing that protects your home and your dryer both.
