How does the $89 diagnostic work?
Your technician inspects the appliance and pinpoints the fault for a flat $89. Approve the repair and that $89 is fully waived — you pay only for the repair itself, minus your $40 offer.
How much does a repair cost?
Most repairs run between $150 and $350 depending on the appliance and the parts involved. You always get one clear, all-in quote and approve it before any work begins.
Is there a separate travel or call-out fee?
No. The $89 diagnostic is the only visit charge, and it is waived when you approve the repair — the same wherever you are in our service area.
What is the $40-off offer?
A limited-time promotion for new residential customers: $40 off any repair booked this week. Mention it when you book. It cannot be combined with other discounts.
What if I decide not to go ahead with the repair?
Then you simply pay the $89 diagnostic for the visit and honest assessment. There is never pressure to approve a repair you are not comfortable with.

Appliances & scope
Which appliances does Riko repair?
Residential electric refrigerators and freezers, washing machines, electric dryers, dishwashers, electric ovens and electric stoves or cooktops. Dishwasher installation is the one installation we offer.
Do you service gas or commercial appliances?
No. Riko works on residential electric appliances only. We do not service gas appliances, commercial or restaurant equipment, or sealed refrigeration systems.
My refrigerator is not cooling — can you help?
Usually, yes. We diagnose serviceable faults such as fan motors, defrost components, controls, door gaskets, ice makers and water inlet valves. We do not open sealed refrigeration systems.
Do you repair all brands?
We service most major residential electric brands — Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Bosch, GE, KitchenAid and many more. Tell us the brand and model when you book and your technician arrives prepared.
Do you use manufacturer (OEM) parts?
Wherever it matters we fit manufacturer-grade parts matched to your appliance model, and confirm the part and price with you before ordering.

What should I include when I book?
Share the appliance type, brand, model number, the symptom you noticed and any error code on the display. It gives your technician a better starting point.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Riko is fully licensed and insured, and every repair is backed by our workmanship warranty.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
The labour on your repair is guaranteed. If something we fixed is not right, we come back and make it right at no extra charge.
